Incredible Luxury Villa, Villa Poniente, located in Cotobro - Almuñecar. The property has a Main House with capacity for 6 people, three comfortable bedrooms, and the independent Wooden Cabin with capacity for 4 more people. With incredible views of Cotobro Beach. The main house has almost 300 meters of surface with the front terrace. The property has an area of about 550 meters, with a garden and our trees such as orange, lemon, avocado, palm trees, etc. We also have the Wooden Cabin of almost 65 square meters, with two bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen. A magical place to share with family or friends in a heavenly setting, that is Villa Poniente.

Villa la La Romántica, is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa Tropical, Los Pinos. With beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, Salobreña and Motril, quiet and peaceful, in La Romántica you can enjoy an ideal vacation with all the conveniences and comforts available to our guests. The house has two levels, a first floor with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room. On the second floor two more bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms with garden views. Villa La Romantica consists of two floors or levels. On the first floor we find the kitchen with direct access to the garden, the living room and dining room and a toilet. From the living room we access the pool terrace and outside dining area. On the second floor are the three bedrooms. In the main bedroom we also have a bathroom for said bedroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have a small terrace and access to the garden. From the master bedroom we also access to the Jacuzzi area.

What a fabulous holiday home and more spacious than we’d imagined on viewing the pictures. Situated less than 5 minutes to the beach with stunning views of the sea from all bedrooms and the balcony. The holiday home is fully equipped with towels and basics provided. The kids enjoyed using the pool which is backed by the hotel but not overlooked. Esperanza was a great host communicating well throughout our stay and always happy to help. We loved our stay here and would return.

We have had twelve great days. Despite the heat it was during the day, at night the coolness that comes in through the windows is a joy. The beach is super close, more than we thought, the large pool with sun loungers. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Totally recommendable

The view from the house is fantastic and everything you need is in there. Almuñécar is a lovely small city where you can find shops, restaurants, market and do several activities. Esperanza which has been always available and responded to all our questions and inquiries. We felt really as in friend’s house with a typical Spanish hospitality. We highly recommend Esperanza’s house and we surely come back for another stay.

Fantastic stay at the villa. Yes, a super steep approach drive, but the views are beautiful over the bay. Brilliant house on a hill…beautifully furnished… with everything we needed. Ideal for two families with its separate apartment on bottom level. Lovely pool and terraced gardens.

The part of the pool with the table and sun loungers, as well as the large terrace overlooking the sea, make you forget everything and enjoy this place to the fullest.
